Steps to apply for admission
Visit the Gantry Academy website and Schedule a Tour.
Fill out the Application and Submit it. Remit the $100 application fee to Gantry Academy ATTENTION: Admissions at 1801 Redbud Lane, Ste. B-295 Round Rock 78664 (For multiple siblings applying, only one application fee will be required.)
Have your child's current teacher complete and return the appropriate Teacher Evaluation*.
*For home-schooled children, this evaluation may be filled out by a tutor, extra-curricular teacher or co-op teacher that the child has worked with in the past six months. For school children, the evaluation should be filled out by both his/her language arts and math teachers.
Set up a Parent Interview with our Director.
Because families play such a special and valuable role at Gantry Academy, this is a good time to ensure that our program is a good fit for your family. Parents participate in an intake discussion where we discuss learning needs of the student and learning needs of the family as a unit. We will also discuss any prior diagnosis (cognitive or behavioral) given by a third party provider (i.e. reading specialist, OT, PT, speech therapist, etc.)
Schedule a Visit for your child.
Your child comes to school for two hours to visit at a scheduled time. Here we will conduct assessments to see where the student is on the developmental continuum academically.
If there is a good fit and we have space in the appropriate classroom, we will offer a place in that class. Parents have 72 hours to accept or decline placement.
If you decide to enroll at Gantry Academy, complete the Enrollment Form and Tuition Contract and remit a non-refundable tuition deposit to hold your child's space.
Complete and submit all other documents found in the Parent Registration Packet and return to Gantry Academy within one week of notification.
Attend your First Day at Gantry Academy!
NOTE: Application process is subject to change at the discretion of the Director. In addition, each family’s progression through the process can be terminated at any point by either the family or Gantry Academy. Decisions are final and confidential.
